Fifteen straight answers about subscriptions, devices, activation and support for IPTV in Canada. If your question is not here, the team replies around the clock.

TVOne is a Canadian IPTV subscription service. We deliver 22,400+ live television channels and a library of 118,000+ films and series over your existing internet connection, to a single device of your choosing, through the IBO Player application. There is no dish, no cable technician and no equipment to rent.

New subscribers start with the 1 Month plan at CA$14.99. After that the recurring plans are CA$14.99 for one month, CA$24.99 for three months, CA$39.99 for six months and CA$69.99 for twelve months. Full detail sits on the pricing page.

No. TVOne does not issue no-cost test lines. Giveaway accounts are throttled, capacity-limited and leave a dishonest impression of the service. Our entry point is the paid 1 Month plan at CA$14.99, which unlocks the complete grid, the complete on-demand library and the complete EPG for a full month.

Typically 10 to 15 minutes. Every order is provisioned by a technician rather than an automated system, which is slower than instant delivery and dramatically more reliable. During busy sporting weekends the queue can run longer; if nothing has arrived after an hour, message us on WhatsApp.

IBO Player, and it is the only application TVOne supports. IBO Player itself is licensed separately by its developer — a modest one-off fee paid directly to them — which is entirely independent of your TVOne subscription. The full procedure is in our setup guide.

Android phones, tablets and TV boxes; Amazon Fire TV Stick; Windows 10 and 11 computers; macOS; LG webOS televisions; Samsung Tizen televisions; and MAG/Formuler style set-top boxes. If your hardware runs IBO Player, it runs TVOne.

Not on one subscription. Each TVOne line authorises a single device streaming one screen. Households wanting a second television order a second line at the standard plan price, which produces a far better picture than splitting one line.

15 Mbps gives reliable HD; 25 Mbps or better is comfortable for 4K. Nearly every Canadian broadband package clears that. Wire the television to the router with Ethernet where you can — it removes the single most common cause of evening stutter.

Rarely, and when it does we treat it as a defect rather than an inevitability. Load-balanced Canadian edge nodes, adaptive bitrate switching and nightly stream auditing hold a measured 99.9% uptime. Any freeze you report is investigated against the specific channel and the specific server you were on.

Neither. Every TVOne plan is a single payment for a fixed term. Nothing renews by itself, no card is kept on file, and there is no cancellation procedure because there is nothing to cancel — the line simply expires unless you order again.

Because access is delivered immediately, sales are final once an account is activated. Verified exceptions exist for outages beyond 72 consecutive hours and for duplicate charges. The full detail is in our refund policy.

Major credit and debit cards through our secure processor, plus alternative methods arranged with support on request. TVOne never stores card numbers — we receive only a confirmation reference from the processor.

Yes. Your line is bound to one device at a time, not to one device forever. Email [email protected] with the new MAC address and device key, and support will rebind the line, usually within the hour.

We do. Credit bundles, a full management panel and a private server domain are available to partners across Canada. Everything is laid out on the reseller page.

Yes, around the clock. Our agents work in English and French, and every page of this site has a full French counterpart. Reach the team through the contact page or on WhatsApp.

Still stuck?

Support at TVOne is staffed by people who use the product. Write to [email protected], message us on WhatsApp, or use the form on the contact page. Median first response across 2026 has been eleven minutes.

If you are troubleshooting rather than asking, the IBO Player setup guide covers installation on every supported platform with a screenshot for each step, including the Live TV layout fix that solves most “the channel list looks broken” reports.
