Channel counts are audited monthly. Feeds that stop resolving are pulled from the grid rather than left to rot, which is why our lineup is smaller than some competitors advertise and considerably more reliable than most.

Treat the names on this page as a map rather than a contract: bouquets are re-audited monthly, upstream licensing moves, and the grid is corrected the same week — ask the desk to confirm any single must-have channel before you commit.

The on-demand library sits alongside the grid

Beyond live television, 118,000+ films and series episodes are available whenever you want them. New cinema releases are added within days of their streaming debut; complete series runs land season by season; documentary and children’s collections are curated rather than dumped.

Inside IBO Player you can sort the catalogue by date added, rating or title, flag favourites, and resume a title on the exact frame where you paused. Details of the app are in our installation guide.

Every bouquet described on this page is included on all five TVOne plans — the first month at CA$14.99 carries exactly the same grid as the twelve-month subscription.

The sport bouquets deserve a paragraph of their own

2,600+ channels sit in the sport category alone, and they are the reason most Canadian households switch. Multiple feeds are carried for major fixtures, so you can choose a commentary team rather than endure one, and event channels open automatically on fight nights and finals weekends.

Kick-off times in the guide are rendered in your provincial time zone, and the whole category is included on the CA$14.99 first month exactly as it is on the annual plan. Setup on your television takes about five minutes with the IBO Player guide.

Quality, guide data and time zones

Streams are delivered adaptively: the player negotiates SD, HD, FHD or 4K depending on the source broadcast and the bandwidth available at that moment, so an evening dip in your connection softens the picture instead of freezing it. Roughly 40% of the live grid carries a 4K or FHD variant where the broadcaster provides one.

The electronic programme guide is rebuilt every night and displayed in your own provincial time zone — Pacific, Mountain, Central, Eastern, Atlantic or Newfoundland — so a 7:00 p.m. kick-off in the guide is 7:00 p.m. on your kitchen clock.

Adult content and household controls

The default TVOne grid supplied to Canadian subscribers excludes adult categories. If you would like the parental lock tightened further, mention it in the notes field when you place your order and the technician will configure it before the line goes live.

A note on honesty about channel counts

Providers routinely advertise 40,000 or 60,000 channels by counting every regional duplicate, every dead feed and every test stream. We publish 22,400+ because that is what resolves and plays. If a channel you expect is missing, write to our support team — requested feeds are added to the grid most weeks.
