Order your TVOne subscription
Three fields, one plan choice, and a technician takes it from there. Most Canadian orders are live within 10 to 15 minutes of arriving.
What happens after you press confirm
- We receive the order. It lands in the Vancouver operations queue, not an automated dispenser.
- A technician builds the line. Your account is provisioned, bound to one device and tested against the Canadian bouquets.
- Credentials arrive on WhatsApp. Usually 10 to 15 minutes; occasionally longer during peak sporting weekends.
- You install IBO Player. Follow the device-by-device setup guide — roughly five minutes on most hardware.
- Everything appears. Channels, films, series and the seven-day EPG load onto your screen.
Before you order
Each subscription authorises a single device streaming one screen at a time, and IBO Player is the only supported application. If you need a second television served, order a second line rather than sharing one — you will get a visibly better picture.
