About TVOne — your first stop for Canadian IPTV

Seven years of operating experience, 24,000+ subscribers from Victoria to St. John’s, and one obsession: television that simply plays when you press the button.

A commitment to service that does not wobble

At TVOne we start from a blunt premise: smooth, high-quality entertainment is not negotiable. A stream that stutters during the third period is not a minor inconvenience — it is the whole product failing at the exact moment it matters. Our promise is to meet that standard consistently, so that every evening you spend with us is unremarkable in the best possible sense.

Seven years in this industry has taught us that the technology underneath live television changes constantly. Codecs move, delivery methods move, the devices in Canadian living rooms move. Our track record is evidence that we adapt with them rather than freezing our infrastructure in the year we launched.

Subscribers come first, and the structure proves it

What genuinely separates TVOne from the crowded field is an unglamorous thing: we answer. Support is staffed around the clock by people who use the service themselves, in English and in French, and every order is provisioned by a technician rather than dropped out of an automated vending machine. That is slower. It is also why lines work on the first attempt.

Over seven years we have built long, durable relationships with subscribers founded on trust and a shared appetite for entertainment that is worth sitting down for. Roughly seven subscribers in ten who start on the first month are still with us a year later.

A world of entertainment, arranged sensibly

TVOne carries 22,400+ live channels and 118,000+ on-demand titles inside an interface built for convenience rather than for a specification sheet. Whether you are a hockey obsessive, a film completist, a news junkie or someone who simply wants their mother tongue on the main television, the sixteen bouquets are arranged so you can find what you want inside ten seconds.

Staying ahead of the curve

In a fast-moving sector, standing still is the same as sliding backwards. TVOne invests continuously in edge capacity across Canada, in adaptive bitrate delivery, in nightly EPG rebuilds and in stream auditing that removes dead feeds before subscribers find them. The result is a 99.9% measured uptime figure that we publish because we can defend it.

Join the TVOne household

More than 24,000 Canadian homes now watch through TVOne. They are in Vancouver condominiums and Saskatchewan farmhouses, in Montreal triplexes and Halifax semis. What they share is a decision to stop paying bundled cable rates for channels nobody in the house watches.

Your journey with TVOne begins with a single low-cost month. Take the CA$14.99 monthly plan, watch a full week of your own programming on your own television, and judge us on the evidence rather than the marketing.

Shaping what Canadian television becomes

Broadcast television in Canada spent forty years selling packages. Streaming spent ten years selling fragmentation — six subscriptions to watch five shows. TVOne exists in the space between: one line, one app, one price, and a grid deep enough that nobody in the household has to compromise. That is the future we are building toward, and it starts with the first evening you spend on the service.

Where we operate from

TVOne Media Group works from 1090 West Georgia Street, Suite 1800, Vancouver, British Columbia. Our support desk covers every Canadian time zone, which in practice means someone is awake when a Newfoundland subscriber has a problem at 7 a.m. Atlantic and when a Vancouver subscriber has one at 1 a.m. Pacific.

Interested in building a business on top of our infrastructure? The TVOne reseller programme offers credit bundles, a full management panel and a private server domain. Or simply get in touch — we answer everything.
